Building Demolition The Village of Windsor, Wisconsin is soliciting bids from Contractors interested in providing building demolition services at 4456 Windsor Road, Windsor, WI 53598. Interested Contractors shall provide the Village with a written bid on the fully executed Bid Form. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the bid or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. This bid guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. It is anticipated that the Windsor Village Board will select and award contracts at a regularly scheduled Village Board Meeting after the scheduled time of closing bids. If the bid is accepted, the bidder shall execute a contract and submit the required certificate of insurance within 10 days after notice of award. Failure on the part of the bidder will result in the withdrawal of the award. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Village of Windsor for a period of 610 days after the scheduled time of closing bids. The Village of Windsor reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities, and accept any bid, which it deems advantageous to the Village.
