Program of upgrades, repairs and improvements to electrical and mechanical equipment and networks of the College buildings. The scope of the project includes upgrades to the heating equipment, replacement of the motor control centre in the D wing of the main building, replacement of the D wing ventilation system 27, replacement of the electricity distribution station in the A wing, addition of a pre-heating equipment in the D wing, replacement of the elevator in the C wing, repairs of the roofing of the wing B and D and installation of a work out room on the level C2000 of the main building, TIMELINE: Structural, mechanical and electrical engineering professional consultant to provide design and construction work monitoring services during the construction program implementation has been awarded following the Request for proposals 23113 .
