Columbia St. over the US-127 overpass, connecting the Corbin St. area on the West side to the Walnut St. area on the East side. Variable size runs of 4, 6 and 7 concrete sidewalk, storm sewer piping, ditch enclosure, clearing and grading, minor bituminous hand patching, concrete drive approach, sidewalk ramps and curb and gutter replacement are all within street R.O.W. and all within the City of Mason, City Limits. Construction shall include: Installation of 4 concrete sidewalk totaling approximately 2,400 Sft; installation of 6 concrete sidewalk and ramps totaling approximately 1,950 Sft; installation of 7 concrete sidewalk totaling approximately 2,600 Sft; concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement totaling approximately 300 Lft; 6 concrete ADA ramps totaling approximately 800 Sft with truncated dome panels; 12 storm sewer construction totaling approximately 160 Lft including one (1) 24 dia. catch basin with flat grate; filling of an existing ditch after the placement of the storm sewer totaling approximately 100 Cyd of backfill; limited bituminous hand patching; limited drive approach work; Barricades and Traffic Control; limited slope embankment; restoration and clean-up; pavement markings; and other miscellaneous work items, that are normally included with the described work items.
