No definite date for the rebid.** The project generally consists of various structural repairs to the Wastewater Treatment Facility, including crack and spall repairs to the concrete roof planks, pipe gallery walls, and clarifier walls; removal, replacement and/or repair of the steel beams and angles located in Pipe Gallery No. 1; repair and replacement of the interior vertical Pipe Gallery wall joints; removal of grating and concrete planks above the aeration pipe troughs; filling of the aeration pipe troughs, removal and pouring of exterior slab expansion joints, re-caulking of slab score lines for architectural treatment; the application of waterproofing coating on the exterior concrete slab Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or cash in the amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the Bid, but not more than $20,000.00 payable without any conditional endorsement as a guarantee that in case the Contract is awarded to the Bidder, they will within twenty one (21) days thereafter execute such contract and furnish satisfactorily performance bonds. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a surety company bond in the full amount of Contract price indemnifying the Township of Parsippany Troy Hills, New Jersey for all proceedings suits or actions of any kind of description and conditional for the faithful performance of the work. Specifications and bid proposal forms may be obtained at the Township Purchasing Office, 1001 Parsippany Boulevard, Parsippany, New Jersey, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., except Holidays. The Owner reserves the right to reject any, or all Bids if in its opinion it is in the best interest to do so and to award the Contract for any and/or all items.
