The City of Suwanee is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for MILLING, PATCHING, AND RESURFACING WORK ALONG APPROXIMATELY 3.2 MILES ON VARIOUS CITY STREETS, ETC. The bid envelope must be marked on the outside with the Bid Number, Name of the Bidder, date and time of opening, and Contractor's License Number. A 5% bid bond is required as part of the bid submittal. Work required under the Contract generally includes traffic control, asphalt milling, patching, leveling, resurfacing, adjusting sewer manholes, installation of pavement markings, etc. along approximately 3 miles on various City streets, etc. Suwanee, GA. Bids in the case of Corporations not chartered in Georgia must be accompanied by a proper certification stating that said Corporation is authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. The award will be made to the vendor submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid. The City of Suwanee reserves the right to reject any or all bids as deemed in its best interest.
