Site work for an educational facility in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
For each School Site, the Contractor shall: 1) provide an all-inclusive, DSA-approved Solar PV System or system capable of being DSA-approved, that includes the design, installation, permits, and commissioning of the Solar PV System for the life of the contract; and 2) recommended Performance Guarantee and Operations and Maintenance Program designed to keep the Solar PV Systems working at peak performance for the life of the contract; and 3) provide equipment warranties that meet or exceed the life of the contract and/or financing method. This design and installation of the Solar PV System shall take into consideration the sites available solar resources; shading impacts of nearby (present or future) buildings or trees; structural and load constraints; available land space; utility interconnection requirements; applicable ordinances, codes, and regulations; contract budget constraints and other relevant factors.
