Renovation of a stadium in Sechelt, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The SCRD is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to replace the flooring in the designated first floor areas of the Sunshine Coast Arena (SCA), located at 5982 Shoal Way, Sechelt, BC. The work includes, but not limited to, removal of existing flooring in the lobby and four dressing rooms, prepare substrates, supply and install new flooring. The approximate total area of flooring to be replaced is 240 square meters. Type of new flooring to be discussed with the SCRD and Contactor.
