The selected Consultant(s) shall perform all City of Seattle required Material Testing and Special Inspection Services as required by the permits associated with SHA Contracts, Permits, and Work Orders. NOTE: Geotechnical inspection services are not included in this scope and will be performed by others. SHA expects to award two (2) Contracts. The award of the two Contracts will be decided by the overall top scores for all criteria. SHA requires proposers to make good-faith efforts to meet SHA's 14% aspirational WMBE goal and provide meaningful opportunities to WMBE firms to participate in the direct performance of commercially useful work as part of the proposed Project Team.
