Site work, remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Drum, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.

Repair by replacement select locations of the sanitary sewer main in 9700 Area of Fort Drums north post cantonment area. The portion of the sanitary sewer system to be repaired is from sanitary sewer manhole 09647 to a sanitary pump station at building 11000. This project is intended to repair specific locations with known blockages and localized pipe failures; removal of sediments, debris, and pipe scaling restricting sanitary flows; CCTV Inspections to confirm the efficacy of the removal of deleterious material and foreign matter from the sewer pipes, and Cast-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining.
