Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Raleigh is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from construction management at risk (CMAR) firms with expertise in the construction of parks, including aquatics facilities. CMAR services include, but are not limited to pre-construction and construction phase services for a new aquatic facility to be located at John Chavis Memorial Park. Questions concerning this RFQ will be received until August 11, 2023 at 4:00 PM, at which time no future questions will be accepted.
