The Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority seeks to enter into a contract for the repair and maintenance of the coatings of two potable water storage tanks at the J. R. Dean WTP facility in Florida City. The project consists of providing all labor, materials, supervision, power, equipment, and supplies for repairing exterior areas of coating failure, resurfacing concrete, and repainting the entire exterior of each tank Questions regarding this bid should be directed in writing via email to David Jackson, Purchasing Manager at djackson@fkaa.com Bid will be awarded to the bidder submitting the lowest total bid price that satisfactorily meets all requested specifications. The Governing Board of Directors of the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid, and to award to any party considered to be in the best interest of the Authority. In the event of a tie preference will be given to minority/woman owned businesses, businesses with a drug free workplace program, businesses who produce their product in Florida, and lastly the bid that was received first.
