Project comprises labor, material, and services necessary for: Major components of Project Work consist of remodeling of existing public and employee toilet rooms; removal and replacement of accessible drinking fountains; removal and replacement of room signage; removal and replacement of door hardware at non-compliant doors; upgrade of existing accessible parking stalls; installation of electric vehicle charging stations; removal of existing flat built-up roof system to the concrete deck and replacement of with single ply roofing system. Removal and replacement of root top mechanical unit, exhaust fans, variable air volume boxes and duct work, removal, and replacement of split systems in telephone room, installation of new exhaust fan in conference room closet as built and modify existing mechanical controls for new mechanical equipment, removal and replacement of plumbing fixtures and equipment, piping, and appurtenances installation of new UPS back-up power unit for data room servers. 02-119901, 22-0276 License required to bid the project: B Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
