Reference Number 0000326432 The Rifle Colorado Clean Stormwater project will implement a study at all outfalls to Rifle Creek. The study will be used to construct a stormwater quality area treating approximately 50 acres of developed land including some of Rifle's Downtown. A large portion of Rifle's development was performed with water quality features. Rifle's Downtown has ongoing regional drainage improvements. The older infrastructure between Rifle's downtown and new development does not have water quality features and has not been part of a water quality or stormwater study. This project will perform a study on all of Rifle's stormwater in this location and use the study to develop construction plans for a water quality improvement project.
