Estimated Annual Requirements Contract for Low pi Fill Sand (Cushion Sand), beginning October 1, 2023, in accordance with the attached conditions and specifications. Until the final award the City of Greenville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, to readvertise; to proceed otherwise in the best interest of the City. The City Council will consider award of the bid at a regular scheduled meeting at the Municipal Building or as soon thereafter as may be reasonably convenient. In accordance with Uniform Commercial Code 2-205, the bid will be irrevocable from the time and date of the bid opening until the bids are accepted or rejected by City Council.
