Polk County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, requests the submittal of bids from vendors that are interested in providing drainage soil as described herein. Sealed bids must be received in the Procurement Division, prior to the due date and time listed below. Provide the necessary labor, material, equipment and supervision to deliver drainage soil to the North Central Landfill, located at 7425 DeCastro Road, Winter Haven, FL 33823. Attached are important instructions and specifications regarding responses to this Bid. Failure to follow these instructions could result in Bid disqualification. Questions regarding this bid should be in writing and should reference the above Bid. Submit all questions to Ken Brush, Procurement Contracts Manager, via email at kenbrush@polk-county.net or via fax at (863) 534-6789 by 4:00 p.m. August 7, 2023.
