Site work for a water / sewer project in Truckee, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes repainting one (1) 385,000 gallon steel water storage tank and isolated paint patching at two (2) 280,000 gallon steel water storage tanks. All proposals or bids shall be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check payable to: Northstar Community Services District or by a corporate Surety Company Bid Bond for not less than 10 percent (10%) of the bid. Box 420603 San Francisco, CA 94142-0603 Phone: (415) 703-4281 The successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, as well as a faithful performance bond, in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
