The Contractor shall furnish bonds covering faithful performance of the contract and payment of obligations arising there under. Bonds may be obtained through the Contractor's usual source and the cost thereof shall be included in the contract sum. The amount of each bond shall be equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract sum. The contractor will comply with Section 290.250 RSMo by paying, to all personnel employed for applicable services actually provided under the contract, not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages as determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standards, specified in the current Annual Wage Order for Greene County.
