Remove and Replace the Tide Street Beach Access and Dune Walkover to bring up to current ADA compliance The County of Volusia, Public Works Department, Coastal Division is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of Tide Street Pedestrian Dune Walkover Replacement Rebid located at Tide Street Beach Access in New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32169. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specificationsand as shown on the drawings. The construction and services required by the Contract Documents including all labor, materials, equipment and services incidental thereto, provided or to be provided by the Contractor to fulfill the Contractor's obligation to achieve Final Completion of the Project. Term: Total contract time: 150 days ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $305,500.00 Question Deadline 11/28/2023 at 11:59 PM ET It is incumbent upon each Bidder to carefully examine this solicitation's specifications, scope of work/service, terms, and conditions.
