The County hereby employs the Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment to do and complete the above-described work according to the Standard Specifications, attached plans, specifications and addenda and the terms and conditions herein contained. The Contractor shall provide and bear the expense of all work and labor, material and equipment of any kind whatsoever that may be required for constructing and completing the work provided for in this Contract and every part thereof, except such as are expressly furnished by the County according to the plans, specifications and addenda. The Contractor does hereby agree to fully and completely perform all the terms, conditions and promises contained in this Contract, the plans, specifications and addenda and the Standard Specifications, as well as all other requirements of federal and state law and regulations pertaining to the work to be performed. This Contract provides for the improvement of storm water runoff conveyance on Harris Court by removal of structures and obstructions, installation of drainage structures, drainage pipe, crushed surfacing, paving, restoration and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
