Renovation of a transportation facility in Arcadia, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The City of Arcadia will accept sealed bids for the installation of three (3) standard airport shade hangars (44' width x 31' deep with 12' legs) minimum 12 gauge frame to include: a concrete slab/floor 4" thick - 44' x 31' - earth excavation and grade, preparation to all required standards to all tubular buildings in Arcadia, termite treatment, vapor barrier plastic, concrete, pore and finish, crack control cuts, final grade; anchor structure(s) and footings(s) all in accordance with the DeSoto County Building Code and its requirements for wind speed load and subject to any additional County, State or Federal Requirements that may apply to a project of this nature; furnishing and supplying all material, equipment, supervision and labor to complete the project at the City of Arcadia's Municipal Airport as described within the context of the Bid Document. DEADLINE FOR INQUIRIES AND CLARIFICATIONS: Friday, August 18, 2023 at 1:00 P.M.
