The Design/Build Firm (DBF) will be responsible for the design, permitting, construction, and
construction management of a C a r e y 's Ventilation System at the P o l i c e T r a i n i n g
B u i l d i n g I n d o o r Firing Range. The work will include but not be limited to the demolition
of the remaining ventilation equipment that served the firing range; controls, structural,
electrical, and mechanical components of the ventilation system, and any modifications needed to
accommodate the new ventilation system. In addition to construction-related services, the project
will require engineering and architectural design, and permitting. The ventilation system must meet
