As per the owner no bids were received for this project, and it is currently on hold. A timeline for the rebid of this project is not yet available. The City of Racine is proposing revising pavement markings, adding permanent signs, relocating signal pole assembly, relocating signal head assembly, and modifying median nose for Project ID 2023212, Rerouting STH 32 from Main Street, 6th Street, 7th Street, and Washington Avenue to State Street (STH 38) and Marquette Street between State Street (STH 38) and Main Street intersection and Marquette Street and Washington Avenue intersection in Racine County. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall besubmitted with each bid. The City of Racine reserves the right to reject any or all bidswaive any irregularities or accept that bid which, in the opinion of the owner, will serve the best interestof the City. Bidders must be prequalified by the Commissioner of Public Works. Deadline for submitting a prequalification application is five (5) days prior to the time of bid opening. This project is valued between $100,000-$150,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
