Reference Number 0000326411 The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals for a base three (3) year term with options for two (2), one (1) year renewals from qualified and experienced firms to provide TUCKPOINTING, STONE REPLACEMENT AND MASONRY REPAIR. he City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals for tuckpointing, stone replacement and masonry repair services for various City-owned buildings, including but not limited to, historic facilities at Bloomer Park and the Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm and other public buildings. The City of Rochester Hills seeks the services of a qualified masonry restoration contractor to perform the services needed to complete projects in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. Requirements governing the performance and qualifications of the contractor are outlined herein. Contractors should use this information as a guide to understanding the outcome of the projects and the quality of work the City requires.
