Project scope includes, but is not limited to, the closed circuit television inspection and cleaning of approximately 20,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer line in the Crossgates Subdivision, more specifically in the vicinity of the Hunters Woods portion of Crossgates, and all other associated work required to complete all as shown and specified in the plans and contract documents. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with then Instruction to bidder Attorneys-in-fact who sign Bid Bonds, Payment Bonds or Performance Bonds must file with each bond a certified and effective dated copy of their Power of Attorney. Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, material and/or supply needs. The Contract Time is Sixty (60) consecutive calendar days with liquidated damages being Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per calendar day thereafter. The City of Brandon reserves the right to waive any information or irregularities, to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City, or to reject any or all bids.
