Site work and paving for a road / highway in Caraquet, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For the repair and paving of a portion of the following streets: rue du Voilier, rue Dugas and Allée des Chenard. The specifications will be available at the Town of Caraquet, 10 rue du Colisée, Caraquet NB. Each bid must be accompanied by a security bond or a bank draft (certified cheque) in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the City of Caraquet. The name of the tenderer as well as the name of the contract must be clearly indicated on the envelope. The latest version as well as the amendments of "The Law on Public Procurement" (regulation of NB-2022-78), apply to this call for tenders. Neither the lowest nor any of the tenders will necessarily be accepted. Please note that if the amount of the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount provided for this project, the municipality could cancel this call for tenders.
