Qualified contractors are invited to bid The Orange Beach Sportsplex is located at 4389 William Silvers Parkway, Orange Beach, AL 36561 Bids in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Orange Beach in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount, but in no event more than $10,000. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required from the Contractor.
