Blanco ISD 2022 Bond - Educational Center for the Arts and Aux. Gymnasium Building includes new construction of a 717 seat auditorium along with an attached auxiliary gymnasium (totaling +/- 30,000 sf). This project will be built on the current Blanco High School campus. Associated site development includes new parking lot, entry plaza, landscape, utility, and storm water management upgrades Scope of Work to include but not limited to: Concrete, Masonry, Millwork, Waterproofing, Finishes, Specialties, MEP, Site work, utilities, etc.
