Site work for a water / sewer project in Ormond Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of upgrades to the City's Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) and includes the rehabilitation of the existing sludge building, installing a bulk polymer system, and installing a post-anoxic mixer. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security. The Security shall be made payable to Owner, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, and in the form of a certified or cashier's check or a Bid Bond issued by a Surety meeting the requirements of paragraph 5.1 of the General Conditions. Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who does not pass any such evaluation to OWNER's satisfaction. The deadline for submitting questions is August 16, 2023, at 5:00pm.
