Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system that includes hardware, software, professional services, and electric, water, and sewer meter exchanges, where applicable. The AMI system will be used by the City of Chaskas Electric Department and Water/Sewer Department. All bids must be accompanied by a completed bid form and a cash deposit, bid bond by a corporate surety licensed to do business in the State of Minnesota, certified bank letter of credit, or certified check made payable to the City of Chaska for at least five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish insurance certificates or copies of insurance policies, if required, within ten (10) calendar days of the award. The City of Chaska and its departments specifically reserve the right to reject any bid not made on the Form of Proposal, to waive any irregularity or informality, to reject any and all bids, or to accept any bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Chaska, Minnesota.
