**As of September 09, 2023, the project was awarded to Denver Equipment Company, with an awarded amount of $695,709.46.** Bidders shall be prequalified by the New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction in the following trade category if the total Bid exceeds $20,000: Trade Category # Title 104 Food Service Equipment Bids may also be submitted to the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary or their designee at the bid opening meeting, prior to the advertised date and time. On the advertised date and time, the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary shall publicly receive and open all bids. No bids shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement.
