Saving Project...

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

St. Louis County Project consists of clearing and grubbing, grading, excavation, concrete pavement and approaches, new bridge, new guardrail treatments, placement of revetment, seeding, sodding and other incidental items necessary to complete the above in a workmanlike manner within St. Louis County. All questions must be submitted by 5:00 PM on August 30, 2023 via e-mail to the Contract Administrator, Shandrika Combs, SCombs@stlouiscountymo.gov. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in an amount equal to 5% of the total bid. All checks shall be made payable to "Treasurer, St. Louis County." The DBE Goal for this project is 10%. The successful Bidder or Bidders shall be required to comply with the most current applicable Federal (DavisBacon Act) and State statutory provisions concerning the payment of prevailing wages on public works, No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project. The right is reserved by the St. Louis County to reject any or all bids.
