The project entails the demolition and replacement of the aging Marin County Showcase Theater Seating, in the Marin Showcase Theater. The project includes new construction and renovation of the surrounding area finished surfaces, including Floors, Walls, Speaker system and Speaker Support Structures, per plans and specifications. This project will include structural and electrical engineering elements as well as Hazardous Materials Abatement. The Engineer's estimated cost for the accomplishment of this work is $769,517. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class "B" General Building Contractors License at time of bid submittal.
