The Trinity River Authority of Texas (AUTHORITY) is soliciting bids for the supply of Hydrofluosilic Acid. Hydrofluosilic acid shall be used as an additive in the water treatment process as an aid in the prevention of tooth decay. Clarification Deadline: 8/18/2023 12:00 PM Term of bid will be for one year commencing on December 01, 2023 and ending November 30, 2024. There will be no Pre-bid for this Bid. The Authority Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject All or Any Part of Any Bid, Waive Minor Technicalities or Deficiencies, and Award the Bid to Best Serve the Interests of the Authority All Questions Regarding This Bid Specification Prior to Bid Opening Must Be Addressed to the Purchasing Department Electronically. Bidders Are Specifically Instructed Not to Contact Authority Personnel Between the Time of Bid Opening and Bid Award. Notwithstanding the Foregoing, Requests for Bid Tabulations May Be Forwarded to Authority Purchasing Department. Failure to Strictly Observe the Foregoing Prohibitions Will Result in Rejection of the Violating Bidders Bid, and, in the Authoritys Discretion, Rejection of Future Bids Submitted by the Violating Bidder.
