All questions must be submitted in writing prior to 4:00 pm on November 7, 2023, by email to Scott Lambiase SLambiase@Abingtonma.gov Strawberry Valley Golf Course Boiler Water Heater & Heater Replacement Scope: Provide all necessary labor and materials to complete the following. o Remove existing boiler, water heater, oil burner, and all related debris and materials. o Install new 87% AFUE rated Dunkirk Model EXB 4075 oil fired burner, or equivalent. o Install new lifetime 40-gallon Dunkirk Model # H2OI40DK indirect water heater, or equivalent. o Install all new piping near boiler and include setup for 3 zones. o Clubhouse o Indirect water tank o Modine Heater for basement. o Install new Modine hydronic heater in basement workshop, including new pex piping for its own zone. o Include all wiring, start-up, testing. o Vendor must be licensed, registered, and insured in the Commonwealth to provide the necessary work. o Prevailing wages apply All questions must be submitted in writing prior to 4:00 pm on August 16, 2023, by email to Scott Lambiase SLambiase@Abingtonma.gov
