Asbestos Abatement of Pipe Insulation from Various Areas at Sarah Greenwood K-8 School. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Extent of work is indicated and is not limited to: Labor, installation, and purchase of all material needed to complete removal and disposal of approximately 450 LF within Basement Girl's Toilet; Closet in Basement Boy's Toilet, Basement Corridor outside Girl's and Boy's Toilets, Teacher's Lounge, and Teacher's Lounge Toilet. All work must be conducted using Class 1 Asbestos work engineering controls and procedures as defined by OSHA (29 CFR 1926.1101), MA DEP (310 CMR, 7.15) and DLS Response Action requirements (454 CMR 28.10). 2. At the end of each workday, remove rubbish, empty cans, rags, and other discarded materials from the Project site. 3. All work will be completed in accordance with the Boston Public Schools Department of Planning and Engineering specifications and detail outlined in the Written Quote Contract.
