Brooklawn Park Wetland Retrofit Construction The estimated budget for this project is $421,200.00 and the estimated substantial completion date is the end of December 2023. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be received in writing by the City of New Bedford at purchasing@newbedford-ma.gov no later than Friday, August 18, 2023 at 4 p.m. 4.2 Written clarifications or interpretations will be issued by Addenda no later than Monday, August 21, 2023 at 4 p.m. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda shall be binding. Oral and other clarifications or interpretations shall be without legal effect. . A minimum goal of 18% minority manpower utilization, in terms of total work hours in the aggregate workforce, in each trade or craft, on each project, will be maintained. The goal for female manpower utilization will be maintained at 6.9% according to regulations;
