Special Scheduling: Contractor shall complete all work at NC Highway 24 in a continuous fourweek period. Contractor is authorized to work multiple shifts, overtime, nights, and weekends to accomplish work within those four weeks. Work on the rail road crossing (including construction of the cross over) will begin on or after 5 September 2023.
