The Project includes the following Work: The Project consists of replacing approximately 22,750 LF of existing water mains and appurtenances throughout the Town of Hermon Water District No. 1 distribution system, improvements to the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and spring site, construction of a new spring and raw water supply pipe to the Water Treatment Plant, water storage tank site improvements, and demolition of an abandoned water tank.
