Renovation of a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,850-square-foot educational facility.
The work will include for the removal of approximately 3,850 ft2 (358 m2) of existing BUR roof system and the installation of a new SBS roof system. A bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
