Renovation of a swimming pool in Saint-Louis-de-Kent, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The work consists of the upgrades of the existing building and site which includes new washrooms, new elevator, ceiling and roof upgrades, and all related work. Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at jinette.mccormack@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list. A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Town of Beaurivage must accompany each tender. No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Crown Construction Contracts Act, Regulation 82-109 amended.
