Demolition, site work, paving, new construction and addition to a mixed-use development in Dallas, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
As of September 11, 2024, construction is expected to begin in September 2024. A contractor has already been awarded. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Gaston County is soliciting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from interested and qualified firms to provide professional Engineering services. Gaston County has identified a site on the east side of Dallas Park for a new pre-engineered restroom building. The County would also like to include improvements to the sidewalk around the new restroom connecting to the existing parking lot to comply with ADA requirements. This project will include oversite for all necessary connections including water, sanitary sewer, and power connections. Project is funded through Land & Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Question Deadline 08/11/2023 at 5:00 PM ET The County reserves the right to cancel this RFQ for any reason without any liability or to waive any irregularities at their discretion. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
