As of 9/27/23, project has been cancelled, no plans for immediate rebid. It was cancelled due to no bidders attending mandatory pre-bid meeting. The Authority reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fails to satisfy the Authority that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to satisfactorily perform the work specified. Vendor shall take and observe all necessary measures and precautions for the safety and protection of property and persons during the performance of the Work. Vendor shall secure and pay for all permits, fees, licenses and inspections necessary for the execution of the Work It is the intent of the PWSA to establish a contract to provide services/materials to perform/provide repairs and/or replacement of various man doors at PWSA’s facilities. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, and appurtenances necessary in order to complete the scope of work required.
