The Sylvan Lake Municipal Library is seeking proposals for the provision of janitorial and maintenance services. The Sylvan Lake Municipal Library's intent in issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to receive a proposal from proponents prepared in accordance with the scope of work required as set forth in the Sylvan Lake Municipal Library Scope of Work. The term of the contract is to be for a period of one (1) year commencing January 2, 2024, to December 31, 2024, with an option for the Sylvan Lake Municipal Library to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2) year term based on performance and price.
