Parking Ramp Rehabilitation and Expansion Each of the ramps is on the city s assessment list with an unofficial value of $4.5 Million and was valued in the original permitting process at $5.25 Million each. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This is a call to redevelop the Renaissance and Central parking ramps (aka garages) in downtown Minot, North Dakota by adding mixed-use buildings above both structures. The City of Minot is requesting proposals for the redevelopment of both parking ramps. The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The City of Minot, ND is making two Requests for Proposals to redevelop two parking garages (ramps). The Renaissance Ramp (City Project 1-2023) is located at 205 1st Street SW, between 2nd Avenue SW and 3rd Avenue SW. The Central Ramp (City Project 2-2023) is located at 5 1st Street SW, between Central Avenue West and 1st Avenue SW. The reinforced concrete garages (ramps) can accommodate mixed uses including housing and office and uses, and residential uses. TOTAL S.F. OF BUILDING - 112,085 S.F. (final build-out 255,174 S.F.) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
