Site Directions: Along Washington Ave south to E 11th St, along E 11th St from Washington Ave until Arnold St, and along Arnold St from E 11th St to E Lincoln Highway This project generally consists of the installation of approximately 5,000 LF of 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances including valves, fire hydrants, domestic service lines, incidental work, and related restoration of roadways, parkways driveways and walkways. Contractors must purchase bid documents and be shown on the Bidders Planholder List in order to bid. Bids received from contractors who are not in the Bidders Planholder List will be rejected.
