Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kankakee, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; and residential development.

No questions will be answered Demo / Site Demolition of existing block wall and garage door Demolition of existing concrete entry curbs to street Demolition of existing concrete bollards Concrete Pour new concrete curbs from street up to the building Masonry Infill block alongside structural columns Repair, grout, and anchor block Shore block wall while existing lintel is replaced Install extended new lintel above garage door opening and infill Repair any cracks in block around opening Removal / replacement of exterior light fixtures Install bollards Steel Furnish and install Channel Frames. Supply new W8x28 beam for lintel epoxy coated / primed & painted or otherwise protected from rusting. Furnish and install new sheet metal trim around garage opening. Carpentry Framing for support of new garage door Openings Furnish and install a 14' x 12' Clopay Model 3200, R-9.1 Insulated Sectional door Furnish and install trolley operator with 3 button wall controller and photo eyes
