The CONTRACTOR shall be compensated for performing the Work, including any changes made by Change Order, as provided for in these General Conditions. Payment of the Contract Price shall constitute the full compensation to the CONTRACTOR for performance of the Work, including all risk, loss, damage, expense of whatever character arising out of the nature of the Work or the prosecution thereof, and for all reasonable expenses properly incurred, including in the event of suspension or termination. The PORT will not pay for work performed or furnished beyond line and grades established by the PORT, or extra work or materials furnished without prior written approval of the PORT. The PORT may order such unauthorized work to be removed at no expense to the PORT. The Work under this contract is to furnish and provide all labor, materials and equipment, as may be required to complete the Work, installed, tested, and ready for use, and as described in these documents. Any authorized agent of the PORT may enter the Project Site to repair, rearrange, alter, or connect their equipment. The CONTRACTOR shall cooperate with such effort and shall avoid creating delays or hindrances to those doing the work of an authorized agent of the PORT and shall coordinate work schedules as needed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The value range for this project is between $400,000- $600,000.
