Site work and new construction of a communication facility in Carmel, Indiana. Working plans call for site work for a communication facility; and for the construction of a 2,186-square-foot, one-story above grade communication facility.

The Project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: All items within the Construction Documents dated July 21st, 2022 (7-21-22) are by the General Contractor and his Subcontractors. Generally described below: o Install and provide a new 175' monopole tower with 4' lightning rod (total 179') with (5) Site Pro Mounts RDS-296 (Monopole Double Support Arm Kits). o Install a new tower foundation system. o Install a new 35' x 35' fenced gravel compound. o All site grading and excavation required to complete project. o Install a new electrical service run to building main distribution panel. o Install new individual carrier sub panels. o Install common and carrier specific conveyance outlets and lighting system. o Install Fire Prevention detection and suppression systems. o Install Alarm monitoring system. o Install a new asphalt access drive. o No water or sewage services run to the site. o Install new building, tower and site grounding system. o Install new equipment building addition and foundation. o Install new cast in place concrete retaining wall and foundation. o Install new HVAC system. o Install new stand-by 130KW diesel generator and foundation. o Install new individual fenced carrier equipment enclosures. o Install new common and carrier specific cable trays. o Removal of existing maintenance building roofing and installing new standing seam metal roof. o Install sub-surface roof drainage system. o Install new vertical prefinished metal siding on existing maintenance building and new construction. o Repair, if damaged due to construciton, access road and/or golf cart path,
