Renovation of a municipal facility in Thornbury, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This Invitation to Tender (the ITT) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the Town) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Town Hall HVAC and Controls Upgrade, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). The Town is seeking one qualified contractor to supply, install and commission a new BAS System at the Town Hall facility located at 32 Mill St. Thornbury. This should include but not be limited to: - Replacement of the existing Building Automation System, controllers, end devices, wiring and conduits. - Provide and install new Building Management System to control all equipment serving the building, including all the required control panels, subpanels, equipment controllers, end devices, wiring and conduits. - Provide new software and graphical interface as noted on the drawings and specifications. - Supply and install new VFDs as noted including all wiring and associated controls. - Provide chemical treatment for the heat pump loop and ground loop.
