The Owner is the of Putnam and the work site is located in the Town of Philipstown. The projects limits extend approximately 220 along Sprout Brook Road from 130 south of Winston Lane to 90 north of Winston Lane. The work includes providing all , materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but necessarily limited to the following: Bridge replacement with a adjoining intersection work, drainage installation/reconfiguration, heavy stone fill placement, approach work, guiderail installation, striping and site restoration. This is a Federal Aid Project and the latest revisions of the Standard Sheets & Specifications maintained by NYSDOT, which are current on the date of advertisement for bids, shall be considered to be in effect.
